What are we looking for?

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and inspiring Group Leader to lead and develop a team of 15–20 electronics and software engineers. Your team will consist of a diverse mix of junior professionals, experienced designers, and system architects.

Your Responsibilities and Profile

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of specialists across various experience levels. You ensure the right balance in workload and competencies, enabling your team to perform at its best. You actively support the growth of your team members by coaching, motivating, and challenging them.

You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding results for our customers. You also play an active role in techno-commercial discussions and contribute to winning new business by leveraging your market knowledge and network.

Requirements

Experience – What do you bring?

• A background in electrical engineering, electronics, software, or related fields

• A completed Bachelor’s (HBO) or Master’s (WO) degree

• 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in small to mid-sized high-tech organizations (<250 FTE)

• Excellent command of Dutch and English

What we offer

• A gross monthly salary between €6,000 and €8,000 (based on a 40-hour workweek), depending on your experience and expertise

• 30 vacation days per year (full-time)

• Travel allowance and a home working allowance where applicable

• A pension scheme with 2/3 of the premium covered by the employer
